Pet Vaccination Policy
In order to protect our patients, our staff, and the general population from spread of contagious diseases, we are requiring vaccinations for all pets in our hospital.
We will need proof of vaccinations if they have been given elsewhere, or we will update your pets’ basic core vaccinations while they are in our hospital. It will be the responsibility of the pet parent to bring the proof of vaccinations with them as we do not have the staff time to call and verify with other locations.
If our veterinarians feel that your pet is not healthy enough to receive vaccines, they will not be given. This will be at the sole discretion of the veterinarian.
We Are a Curbside Practice
Due to the nationwide staffing shortage that has affected our industry and the inability to practice safe social distancing in the exam rooms we are still providing curbside service.
When you arrive, you will text the number posted on our window and we will come out to get your pet and discuss why they are seeing us. If you do not receive a response within 5 minutes, please step inside to let us know you are waiting. Your pet will be examined by one of our veterinarians and they will call the number you provide to discuss the exam findings and treatment plan. Please do not leave until you have spoken with the veterinarian. If we have to hold your pet because you have left the premises, there will be a kennel fee.
We appreciate your kindness, understanding, and cooperation as we strive to provide a safe environment for our staff and clients while giving exceptional veterinary care to our patients.
